How long do I have to complete the CHEPP program?

Candidates have one year from the date of enrollment to complete the training and pass the certification exam. Access to all course materials is provided for the full year. View program details.

What does the certification exam look like?

The exam is a 50-question, timed, open-book, online assessment. You need 70% or higher to pass. You'll have two attempts included with enrollment. Learn more.

I can't log in to my training portal. What do I do?

Visit the My Training page and use the "Forgot password" link to reset your credentials. If you're still unable to access your account, use the form above to contact us.

How do I renew my CHEPP certification?

Certification is valid for 3 years. To renew, complete the most current version of the CHEPP Renewal training course and exam. Log in to your portal or contact us to get started.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Groups of 10 or more qualify for purchase order payment. Smaller groups can pay by credit card at checkout.

Is the course compatible with VA or hospital networks?

Yes. The course is delivered through our web portal and is compatible with most healthcare and government networks. Contact us if you encounter access restrictions and we'll work with your IT team.

What codes and standards does the program cover?
