Enter the email associated with your CHEPP enrollment using the form above. Group enrollees should use the email their facility administrator provided.
You'll receive an email from power@mgiepss.com with a link to set your password and activate your student dashboard.
Log in to access your training modules, downloadable resources, practice questions, and certification exam — all self-paced and available on any device.
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from power@mgiepss.com. If you're on a hospital or VA network, your IT department may need to whitelist this address. If you still don't see it after 24 hours, contact us.
Use the email address your facility director or administrator submitted when they enrolled your group. If you're unsure which email was used, check with your supervisor or contact us and we can look it up.
Go to the My Training login page and click "Forgot password" to reset it. You'll receive a password reset link at your registered email address.
If you already have an active dashboard account, log in directly — the renewal course will be available in your dashboard. If your account has expired, submit the form above and we'll set up your renewal access.
